If I heard an explosion 60 Sec, after the blast horizontal, what would that imply? Thanks, SF.

@@rollins2922 If you mean the explosion was horizontal to your position that would mean that if the air is dry and 20* celcius the explosion happend 343×60 = 20580m away from you, so around 20km, or around 30m below you, since the earth curves away from you

@@rollins2922 yeah no worries, but isn't that quite a simple question I mean the basic formula you are using is x = v * t with x being travelled distance in meters, v being velocity in meters per second and t being time in seconds. But anyway, if you have any more questions feel free to ask, I'm currently in 10th grade physics class but I am trying to get to basically a level of 11th or 12th grade knowledge in physics so I can relax in physics class for the next few years (already doing that but still)
